AMY series automatic production line for resin binder polishing tools is a semi-automatic molding equipment developed by ZZSM for resin bonded tools widely used in stone and ceramics. The equipment is mainly used in the production of lappatos, flexible polishing pads, chip polishing pads, firkerts and other tools. It transfers the prepared materials in molds to the press mains, presses them in shape, and demolds the pressed products in an automatic fashion. It requires one operator for material and product handling and and operations of several press mains, with features of less labor intensity and more productivity.
