Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is formed of diamond crystal particles with a high degree of diamond bonds which combined by using ultra-high temperature and high pressure technology under the action of a metal catalyst (cobalt). The diamond wire drawing die blank manufactured by PCD has high wear resistance, hardness and thermal conductivity, and also has good mechanical strength and toughness. It is suitable for drawing non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum, nickel, etc.), stainless steel and various kinds of alloy wires.  

TDW Series - It is drawing block supported by hard alloy ring, polycrystalline diamond and hard alloy ring bond tightly. It is supporting ring that enhances the strength of block. This series can bear high strength drawing.
