PCD brazed cutting tool

PCD tips are brazed directly on the tool holder, and have the same applicability as PCD inserts; PCD brazed tools take short lead time, special design available, re-sharpening is accepted, high performance- cost effectiveness.

PCD Standard Insert

It is made of tough cemented carbide material as the base material; braze the PCD onto the cutter and then do the grinding.

Same tool holder as carbide insert.

PCD tool generally is with single insert structure, which can provide common models and specifications.
