The bakelite cage material produced by our company is a thermosetting composite material made of high-quality pure cotton fine plain cloth, phenolic resin as the binder, and then with special molding and curing process. The company was the first to develop and produce high-performance bakelite cages, with complete testing methods and development capabilities, and led the designation of the mechanical industry standard JB/T4037-2007 for this material. Bakelite cages are mainly used for high-speed precision spindle bearings and long-life self-lubricating bearing.
