An automatic production line for resin bonded heavy load grinding wheels is a semi-automatic molding equipment developed by ZZSM for resin bonded tools and vitried grinding wheels. It transfers the prepared materials in molds to the press mains, presses them in shape, and demolds the pressed products in an automatic fashion. It requires one operator for material and product handling and and operations of several press mains, with features of less labor intensity and more productivity.

This production line realizes automation of pre-pressing of abrasive mix, pressing and forming of abrasive mix, handling of molds and grinding wheels, mold unloading, etc. so as to make less manual operations and labor intensity, to improve the production environment, to ensure the stability of production quality, and improves the production efficiency.
