From August 3rd to 5th 2023, CAEC business ability improvement training was successfully held in the multi-function hall on the 9th floor. CAEC Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager Li Na, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Luo Congyu, and special director Ying Shaohui,  attended the training and gave lectures.

The purpose of this training is to implement the company's development strategy, strengthen the integrated development of foreign trade platforms, strengthen the main business, improve risk prevention and control capabilities, and promote the company's high-quality development. The course includes four modules: situation and task education, theoretical knowledge, ability improvement, and team building integration, and they are carried out through various learning forms such as special lectures, review exchanges, and class-end reports. The training course also includes risk control of foreign trade business process, procurement management, product quality management ability improvement, knowledge and application of cutting tools and special equipments, etc.

Nearly 60 people from various departments of the company participated in the two-and-a-half-day intensive study and training.
